Meet Ellie, she is an older girl hoping to find her retirement home
Ellie is ready for her days lounging around the house, specifically she is looking for someone who wouldn’t mind letting her up onto their knee for a cuddle.
Be warned once Ellie finds a lap to sit upon, she will happily snooze there for hours (and she purrs the entire time!).
Ellie is very affectionate and really enjoys the company of the staff and volunteers throughout the day.
Ellie is happy enough to alternatively curl up in her bed and have a nap alone.
She loves when it comes to dinner time and will even give a wee meow to show her excitement
Generally, Ellie doesn’t like coming out of her kennel and much prefers the safety of being away from the other cats and therefore is looking for a home as the only pet.
She is a very quiet girl who would prefer no younger children, 15+ and would need to be a housecat due to her shyer side.
